In order to have the bonus released into your real money PKR account you must clear the bonus by earning PKR points.  To earn PKR points you must play in PKR cash games or tournaments.  In cash games you earn 1 point for every $0.01 in rake that you generate.  This means the portion of the pot you contributed is divided by the total pot to find a percentage of the pot that you contributed.  You are then said to have generated that percentage of the rake for that hand.  In tournaments you will receive 100 points for every $1 you pay in fee.  So you basically pay $0.01 for every point you receive.
